Almas Unidas-Hearts United is the non profit that Dr. Greene founded in order to continue support abroad. Almas Unidas-Hearts United works to provide humanitarian aid to these young girls in the hope that they will be able to break out of the cycle of poverty and abuse. In Ecuador, the projects focus on children in one of the poorest communities of Isla de Trinitario. The school that serves these children lack the basic supplies such as books, paper and pencils. The goal is to help elevate the level of education for these children.
